Pearson CiTE 2010
Pearson CiTE, a technology and online learning conference, formerly known as the Pearson eCollege Users Conference, is an open forum for discussion and exchange of information on uses of innovative learning strategies within higher education.
Thought leaders from a broad range of institutions will address topics including innovation and creativity for student and program assessments, teaching and learning tools and pioneering devices, enterprise learning environments, and solutions that promote student engagement and success.

Learning Tracks

CiTE 2010 breakout sessions will be divided into the following Learning Tracks. The most successful general session submissions will support these tracks.

Innovation and Creativity for Student and Program Assessments:
Innovative approaches and resources used for the creation, delivery and assessment
of education.

Teaching and Learning Tools and Pioneering Devices:
Approaches to teaching students in on-ground, online, blended and mobile learning environments and developments in theories of teaching and learning.

Enterprise Learning Environments:
Best practices and methods for managing and improving student retention, program growth and efficacy of education programs.

Solutions that Promote Student Engagement and Success:
New and engaging academic content, assessment and technology for classroom
and online instruction.

Educational technology, content and services users from across all disciplines of higher education are invited to attend this interactive conference.

Location

CiTE 2010 will be held at the Sheraton Downtown Denver Hotel. Located at the heart of the upscale 16th Street Pedestrian Mall, the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is in the heart of Denver's business and financial districts.

Fees

Single Registration – $150 until March 31; $200 after this date
Register before March 31, 2010 and receive an additional $50 off the first full registration pricing.

Two to Five Registrants
After the first registrant from your team pays full registration, you can add up to four more attendees for only $100 per registrant.

  • Registrant 1: $150
  • Registrants 2-5: $100 each
Six and Up
Save even more when you bring six or more attendees to the conference!
  • Registrant 1: $150
  • Registrants 2-5: $100 each
  • Registrants 6 and up: $75 each
    (That’s a savings of more than $125 per attendee off the full conference registration).
The conference registration fees include the following:
